Our History
Suzhou Plenty Plastics Industry Co.,Ltd was founded in March 2003 and is located at No. 159 Zhujiang Middle Road, East Zone of Jinqiao Development Zone, Mudu Town, Wuzhong District, Suzhou. After more than 24 years of dedicated operation, the factory has built 12 extrusion granulation production lines, including 7 single-screw extrusion unit lines and 5 twin-screw extrusion unit lines. These production lines have a daily production capacity of 50 tons of dyed plastic pellets made from ABS, PS, PP, AS, PMMA, PC, TPE, TPU or other thermoplastic materials. In addition, our company has strong experience and supporting capabilities in dyed granulation of transparent materials, permanent antistatic materials, metal spray-free materials, etc.
The factory holds the << Certificate of Operation Status and Production Capacity for Processing Trade Enterprise>> approved by the customs, enabling it to undertake outsourcing services for dyeing, granulation and modification of bonded raw materials for export customers.
Our Factory
The production system has introduced an advanced computer color matching system and obtained ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification. Adhering to the quality policy of "Pure materials, stable colors and excellent performance; Sincere service with wholehearted dedication; Plenty Plastics striving for perfection", our company endeavors to meet customer needs. Its products are mainly supplied to supporting enterprises of domestic and foreign companies such as Panasonic Household Appliances, Samsung Electronics, Dreame Technology, ZTE Communications and Konka Electronics, with an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons of various dyed plastic pellets and modified plastics.
Over the years, our company has been committed to environmental improvement policies, investing in and constructing a complete set of centralized waste gas collection and treatment devices. Through processes including oil removal, rain spray, oil-water separation and activated carbon adsorption, the emissions meet the national standard GB16297-1996. The<< Environmental Impact Assessment Report >>has passed the acceptance inspection by the Environmental Protection Bureau of Wuzhong District, Suzhou. Our company is gradually implementing the ISO 14000 environmental management series standards. It has strictly implemented ISO 9001 for internal management for years, and actively carried out various upgrades, transformations as well as research and development of new process technologies. At present, our company has obtained the certificates of Jiangsu High-Tech Enterprise and Jiangsu Private Technology Enterprise, along with 20 utility model patents and 2 invention patents, aiming to continuously enhance its social responsibility and comprehensive strength.
