Excellent TPE granules refers to a qualitative description of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) granules from the perspective of comprehensive quality and application performance. It generally denotes TPE granules that outperform conventional grades in raw material purity, processability and finished product stability, and are capable of meeting the requirements of specific application scenarios. Advantages and Disadvantage

Advantages
They outperform conventional TPEs with superior tensile strength, tear resistance, and rebound resilience, maintaining structural stability against extrusion and impact for high-demand parts. They boast excellent environmental resistance-stable performance across wide temperatures, plus UV, weather, and weak acid/ alkali/ oil resistance, suiting outdoor/ harsh conditions. Good melt fluidity enables injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding for complex, high-precision products; they are recyclable to cut costs and emissions. Customizable into food-grade, medical-grade, flame-retardant, or conductive variants, they meet strict industry standards. They also bond well with PP, PE, ABS, PC without adhesives, facilitating multi-material composites.

Disadvantages
Formula optimization and upgraded processes raise production costs, making them unfit for low-budget, low-performance applications. Their long-term operating temperature is limited below 120℃, inferior to PPS/PI, and prone to softening under high heat. Some high-elasticity grades swell and degrade on prolonged contact with strong solvents (ketones, esters) or mineral oils. Tighter processing parameters (temperature, pressure, speed) demand professional expertise; improper settings cause defects like bubbles, weak bonding, and reduced mechanical properties.
