Excellent AS Granule is a high-quality acrylonitrile-styrene (SAN) copolymer pellet with excellent and stable physical, chemical and processing properties. It features low batch differences, high purity and consistent performance, making it suitable for high-end applications including food contact materials, precision electronics and high-grade packaging.

Advantages

AS granules, also known as SAN (AcrylonitrileStyrene Copolymer), combine the chemical resistance of acrylonitrile with the good processability of styrene, making them a widely used transparent engineering plastic.

Their key advantages include:

High transparency with a light transmittance of around 90% and excellent surface gloss, allowing smooth end products without complicated post-treatment.

High rigidity with tensile strength ranging from 72 to 78 MPa, and good dimensional stability with molding shrinkage between 0.3% and 0.7%.

Good heat resistance, with Vicat softening temperature at approximately 110℃ and heat deflection temperature around 100℃.

Strong resistance to dilute acids, alkalis, alcohols and gasoline.

Excellent processing performance, suitable for injection molding, extrusion and other common molding methods, with easy secondary processing.

Stable coloring performance and resistance to yellowing during long-term use.
