What is Spray-free ABS Granules ?
Spray-free ABS Granules are of functionally modified ABS plastic granules formulated with specific additives.
Their core feature lies in the production process: high-concentration color masterbatches, metallic powders, pearlescent powders and other appearance-modifying additives are premixed uniformly with ABS resin, followed by extrusion and pelletizing. During subsequent processing, no additional post-treatments such as spraying or baking are required. Products with uniform colors and special textures-including high-gloss, metallic, pearlescent or matte finishes-can be directly obtained through injection molding or extrusion.

4. Outdoor Application Restrictions: Most grades have poor UV resistance, leading to fading/ aging outdoors. Only costly weather-resistant grades work for outdoor use.
