TPU, short for Thermoplastic Polyurethane, is a high-performance polymer material between rubber and plastic. In terms of environmental adaptability, it has good oil resistance and weather resistance, and strong resistance to mineral oil, animal and vegetable oils and fats; it has excellent low-temperature resistance, can maintain flexibility at -35℃ and even lower temperatures, and can withstand high temperatures up to 120℃ in the short term. Polyether-type TPU is more suitable for humid environments. In terms of processing, it does not require vulcanization, is compatible with various processes such as blow molding, coating molding and 3D printing, has high production efficiency and is recyclable, in line with the industry's environmental protection orientation.
